BAY STREET THEATER

REGARDING NEW THEATER
FOLLOWED BY Q-&-A
SATURDAY, MAY 1, AT 4 P.M. EDT
Presenting will be Executive Director Tracy Mitchell and Artistic Director Scott Schwartz, in addition to representatives from Friends of Bay Street, Adam Potter, Chairman, and Director of External Affairs, Stephen Hamilton, who was one of the three co-founders of Bay Street Theater (along with Emma Walton-Hamilton and Sybil Christopher). In-person seating will be arranged in strict adherence to all necessary COVID safety and social-distancing guidelines, and will be limited to 84 audience members. All in-person registrants will have their temperature taken upon entry and are required to wear a mask. All attendees must register in advance, whether for a seat or for the online link. Those attending virtually may provide any questions in advance to email@example.com.
The event itself will begin with a brief presentation of the project as well as any updates available at that time. Following the presentation, the meeting will proceed directly into a Q-&-A session, and questions that were previously submitted will be answered as well as those from audience members who wish to speak. Each person will be limited to 90 seconds in order to allow as many as possible to partake. The public forum will end promptly at 6 p.m. It will be the first of many to come over the course of the project.
