Halloween Pumpkin Lighting & Contest

The East Hampton Historical Society is hosting its first annual Pumpkin Carving Contest! The contest will be held Friday, October 30, 2020. Entries must be dropped off to Mulford Farm between 10am-1pm. Viewing time is from 6pm-7pm.
Admission and entries are free!
There is no age limit, anyone can enter. Judging will be held for adults (16+) and Juniors (Under 15), in the categories of scariest pumpkin and most creative pumpkin. Bring your own tealight candle to place inside the pumpkin. One pumpkin entry per household.
If you are setting up a scene, we suggest setting it up on a board that can be carried. All entries must be removed at 7pm. You must be present to win! All pumpkins must be removed by their owners at the end of the viewing.
To reserve your spot or to ask any questions please contact Marianne Howard at info@easthamptonhistory.or or 631-324-6850 x4. Social distancing and the wearing of a mask is required. A limit of 50 people on the sidewalk at James Lane will be enforced.
