MUSIC FROM THE SOLE PRESENTS THEIR FINAL SHOWCASE

Last Saturday, Music From The Sole, Guild Hall William P. Rayner Artists-in-Residence, presented a final showcase upon the completion of their 2023 residency, which began with a 2-week exploration in late May and continued earlier this month. The showcase was a culmination of their time at The Tower developing material for a new evening-length work of tap, Afro-Brazilian, and house dance, and original live music.

To aid in the development of their new work, Music From The Sole received weekly feedback and guidance from Guild Hall staff members and their creative mentor, Gina Gibney (Founder, Artistic Director & CEO, GIBNEY DANCE).

George is greatly missed by all who knew him, especially the board and staff of Guild Hall.

The 2023 George D. Yates Golf Outing at the Maidstone Club has been rescheduled for Monday, October 30. Limited spots are available, as well as hole sponsorships.
