84th Artist Members Exhibition Top Honors Winner, Claire Watson. Bye Gone, 2023.

Meet Claire Watson, the Top Honors Award recipient of the 84th Artist Members Exhibition (AME).

The Artist Members Exhibition began in 1938, and Guild Hall continues this long-standing democratic tradition by hosting the oldest non-juried museum exhibition on Long Island. This initiative allows audiences to support and recognize the artists who live and work in our immediate region and for artists to sell their works.

“The AME is always a celebration of the richness of our arts community and Guild Hall’s place at its very center. The exhibition itself is a testament to the incredible range and depth of the work being created here. I was deeply honored to have my work selected by Virginia Lebermann from among so many wonderful pieces this year, and I’m grateful to Guild Hall for the opportunity.” ~ Claire Watson
