Dear Friend,
Hugs are on hold, and touch is on house arrest at the moment. But we still can hold our books, our art, our food, our songbooks, and our remote controls. This week, Guild Hall brings you high touch, small batch experiences. Chef Laurent Tourondel leads a remote pizza party while you make the pizza with a kit delivered to your front door; artist Laurie Lambrecht leads a 10-minute art break on handweaving printed text, handwritten notes, and textiles; HamptonsFilm screens The Booksellers, to your TV, on the tactile world of rare books; and Guild Hall’s Casey Dalene leads a virtual studio visit with Claire Watson to see her hand-constructed found leather works. And this is just scratching the surface. Read below for all the arts and culture you can wrap your arms around.
Can you feel it?
Until soon,
Andrea Grover

The coronavirus pandemic has had a profound effect on our economic resilience. If you have the ability to donate at any level, we will receive your support with open arms and gratitude.
