This deeply moving and humorous musical follows newlyweds Michael and Agnes from their wedding day through fifty years of marriage — from 1898 the turn of the century to 1948 post-World War II era. Together they experience the full arc of a shared life: wedding night jitters, raising a family, mid-life crises, quarrels, reconciliation, and finally, growing old together as they prepare to hand their home over to the next generation of newlyweds.

Role: Agnes – Age 25-40 Female Lead, Mezzo-Soprano A spirited and resilient woman whose life and marriage unfold over five decades. Agnes evolves from a giddy young bride into a mature woman who endures heartbreak, joy, and the passage of time with humor and grace.
