AAQ receives 2,000+ site visits / month.
AAQ is not a nonprofit organization, however, it helps promote programs on the East End, posts exclusive portfolios and does have operating expenses — AAQ needs support, urgently, to continue posting daily. North Fork Singer/Songwriter/Pianist Gail Storm
In-Concert, Saturday, November 1 @ 7:30 PM

North Fork singer/songwriter/pianist Gail Storm will perform her original blues/jazz-infused music at the Jamesport Meeting House on Saturday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will feature Gail Storm at piano and on vocals, Ed Bimonte on drums, Dave Sacrestano on bass, David Phelps on guitar, and special guests. The concert will be followed by a reception with the artists. Tickets are $20 in advance and at the door (if available).

Jamesport Meeting House, 1590 Main Rd. (Route 25), Jamesport, NY. Built in 1731, it is the oldest public structure on the East End of Long Island and is prized for its superb acoustics as well as its historical significance.

Northforker Gail Storm is a singer, songwriter and pianist whose repertoire celebrates classic blues/jazz and New Orleans music. Her own compositions incorporate her classical, blues, and jazz training. Storm is a member of the band Back On Bourbon Street which pays homage to the music of New Orleans. She has played on the national and international music circuits, performing solo and leading her own bands. Storm has opened for Maria Muldaur, Henry Butler, and Bakithi Kumalo (of Paul Simon). As bandleader, Storm has had such notable sidemen such as Wycliffe Gordon, Jerry Weldon (of Harry Connick, Jr), Jake Clemons (of Bruce Springsteen), and Long Island’s own Toby Walker. Storm has been on staff at the award winning Augusta Blues & Swing Week at the Augusta Heritage Center at Davis and Elkins College. She has radio, television, and theater appearances to her credit. Storm is a featured artist in Leslye Abbey’s “Big Fish Blues” documentary about the blues musicians of Long Island. In 2023, Storm won the Long Island Blues Challenge. Her Discography includes her trio studio recording “Just The Blues,” a live sextet recording “Live At The Vail-Levitt,” and her most recent EP entitled “Blue Windows,” featuring original compositions performed solo and with a quartet.
