The Renowned Restaurant at Montauk Yacht Club Introduces Seasonal Favorites and
Coastal-Inspired Dishes Featuring Local Ingredients from the East End

Montauk Yacht Club’s newly unveiled restaurant, Ocean Club, introduces refreshed menus for the 2025 season under the guidance of Chef Jarad McCarroll. Following a multi-million-dollar renovation, both the property and the restaurant are set to officially reopen, building on the success and momentum of last year’s soft launch.
The updated dinner offerings feature standout seafood dishes, comprised of a lobster caesar salad, lobster pasta in an aromatic broth, halibut with a yogurt emulsion, salmon finished with elderflower beurre blanc, and scallops served over a corn medley with onion, bacon, and jalapeño. On the land side, highlights are a grilled chicken breast paired with raviolo, sunchoke, and pepitas, along with a curated selection of premium steaks such as picanha, New York strip, and a tenderloin, complemented by beetroot ketchup, chive oil, and pepitas.
Ocean Club will also reintroduce favorite dishes from last summer, including the margherita and cacio e pepe pizzas—both baked in the wood-fired oven in its state-of-the-art kitchen. Other returning favorites are the signature “OC” bread served with dipping oil and a selection of raw bar offerings, such as a generous seafood assortment featuring oysters, clams, shrimp, and lobster, along with sea bass tartare and scallop crudo.
The revitalized lunch and brunch menus now offer a local favorite: a lobster roll made with lemongrass mayo and topped with crispy shallots. Other new additions for 2025 are a decadent burger, a steak sandwich, fish and chips, and a buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. For breakfast, guests can enjoy eggs benedict, avocado toast with poached eggs, French toast, and a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado on a brioche bun with smoked mayo. Freshly baked pastries will also be available, including plain, chocolate, and ham and gruyère croissants, along with a morning bun.
“With the renovation, we wanted the kitchen to be open and expansive—not just for function, but to create a sense of connection,” says Jarad McCarroll, Culinary Director at Ocean Club. “There’s something special about watching a meal come to life; it brings energy to the space and invites guests to feel part of the experience.”

The 4,500-square-foot Ocean Club boasts the largest open kitchen in the Hamptons, situated at the heart of the restaurant and designed to serve as a stage for guests to view the culinary action. A chef’s table adjacent to the kitchen offers patrons a special, curated experience prepared by Chef Jarad McCarroll.
