Student Exhibition

The annual Student Exhibition, a nearly 70-year tradition at the Museum, features the work of more than 600 young artists and provides an overview of the boundless creativity at regional schools. The exhibition is augmented by works created in collaboration with Artist-in-Residence, Darlene Charneco.

Studio Lenca: Chisme

Now part of the Museum’s permanent collection, the 15 painted woodcut figures depicting vibrant migrant workers are a continuation of Studio Lenca’s exploration of Latin communities reimagined as playful figures, bold and empowered to take up space, and reframing the narrative of displacement and alienation.
