Dear valued patron,

Leading the Parrish Art Museum is a tremendous privilege and the honor of my life. In my four months as Executive Director, I have seen commitment and passion for a much loved and highly respected institution, and I envision tremendous potential for its brilliant future.

That future is especially exciting in the coming year, as we celebrate our 125th anniversary! The Parrish legacy was founded on vision, and a commitment to engagement and excellence. I invite you to be part of the Museum’s future—one of vibrancy, relevance, and excitement—by making an end-of-year gift to the museum.

This important milestone allows a renewed commitment to providing access to excellence in the arts through our diverse education initiatives, public programs, and roster of exhibitions featuring modern and contemporary art.

For our 125th anniversary, we’ll expand on that concept with the year-long exhibition Artists Choose Parrish. Forty renowned artists with deep roots in the East End have been invited to select artworks from the Parrish collection, which includes masterpieces from the late 19thcentury until today, to be shown alongside their own work. The exhibition is a pivot point between the past and present, with an eye to the future of the Museum and the artworld.

I hope you will be part of the exciting year ahead by participating in the Annual Fund, which supports the museum’s many programs. Your support fuels our innovative work and enables us to meet our core mission of creating meaningful engagements with art and artists for our communities near and far.

I am excited about our pathway forward in partnership with you!

A 100% tax-deductible, year-end gift greatly benefits our entire community and bolsters our initiatives to create better, bolder, and more inclusive offerings each and every day.

With sincere gratitude,

Mónica Ramírez-Montagut
Executive Director
