Eco-Tips: Eco-Mindfulness

Time in nature can be healthy for your mind, body and soul.
We have a new series on Eco-Mindfulness led by True North Wellness’ Jessica Morgan (LMSW). These virtual sessions can be done at your favorite outdoor place, or right in your own home. The first in the series is on Doing Mode and Being Mode, and Jessica leads the session from Laurel Lake Preserve.
We hope they provide you with a new way to engage with nature!
Thank you to Jessica for partnering with us!
If you’re heading out to a nature preserve, be sure to guard against ticks and the sun and observe all CDC, State and Local health guidelines, including physical/social distancing of 6 feet and wearing a face covering.
Stay connected!
