What social causes inspire you to action in art and in life? Joyce presents artists who foster social justice, followed by open sharing of art and ideas by participants.

Celebrate the artistic achievements of the great Mexican muralists David Alfaro Siqueiros, José Clemente Orozco, and others. Discover how these artists inspired Jackson Pollock in the creation of his groundbreaking abstract expressionist art. Then, live on Zoom, tour the barn studio where Pollock made his famous poured paintings and Lee Krasner created her abstract art.

Celebrate the artistic achievements of Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, and other Hispanic artists, and learn how they influenced Jackson Pollock. Then, live on Zoom, tour the barn studio where Pollock made his famous poured paintings and Lee Krasner created her abstract art.

FAMILY TOUR AND DRIP PAINTING WORKSHOPS
Saturdays, September 16 and 30th, 10-11:30 am
Ages 4 and above and adult companions
Join Joyce Raimondo for a tour of the house and studio, then express your own creativity in an outdoor hands-on drip painting workshop. For children ages 4 and above accompanied by adults. $10 a person, includes admission and materials (one canvas per person and tempera paint). Maximum enrollment is 12.
