THE PANORAMA OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK NOW ON GESSO
—–⠀
We are excited to present an online audio tour of the Panorama of the City of New York, the crown jewel of the Queens Museum’s collection and a locus of memory for visitors from all over the globe. Conceived by urban planner Robert Moses for the 1964-65 World Fair, the Panorama was built by the great architectural model makers Raymond Lester & Associates over the course of three years. This is the second audio tour the Queens Museum has produced on Gesso, a platform for immersive city and museum guides.
Estamos encantadxs de presentar una audioguía online del Panorama de la ciudad de Nueva York, la joya de la corona de la colección del Queens Museum y un lugar para el recuerdo para visitantes de todo el mundo.
