Join us to welcome Lunar New Year 2025 at the Queens Museum as the New York Chinese Cultural Center (NYCCC) brings its renowned program back to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Experience the magic of traditional folk dances, vibrant cultural performances, and hands-on artistic activities. Enjoy a captivating hour-long showcase featuring professional artists and talented students from NYCCC’s School of the Arts. Explore your creativity with workshops in Chinese calligraphy, ink brush painting, and crafts for all ages, led by the Queens Museum Education team. Don’t miss this joyous celebration of heritage and art!

– 2:00pm to 2:45pm: Chinese Calligraphy Workshop by New York Chinese Cultural Center

– 2:00pm to 4:00pm: Snake Celebrations: An Intergenerational Lunar New Year WorkshopÚnase a nosotros para dar la bienvenida al Año Nuevo Lunar 2025 en el Queens Museum, ya que el Centro Cultural Chino de Nueva York (NYCCC) trae de regreso su famoso programa para celebrar el Año de la Serpiente. Experimente la magia de las danzas folclóricas tradicionales, las vibrantes presentaciones culturales y las actividades artísticas prácticas. Disfrute de una cautivadora exhibición de una hora de duración con artistas profesionales y estudiantes talentosos de la Escuela de Artes del NYCCC.
