Riverhead Holiday Light is Now Open! 

The biggest light show in Suffolk County is back at Splish Splash.

Calverton – The Riverhead Holiday Light Show is back for its eighth season at Splish Splash Water Park in Calverton! Welcoming both new and returning guests, this year’s event promises the largest display yet, featuring an expanded lineup of seasonal scenes, illuminated characters, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself. With 2025 set to be the biggest year to date, the Holiday Light Show is back with more festive magic than ever before! 

Guests will journey through a mile-long showcase of dazzling lights, synchronized to holiday hits by tuning into the event’s designated radio station. This immersive drive-through experience will take visitors 20-25 minutes to complete, with displays dancing perfectly in time with the music. After the show, guests can capture the memory by visiting Santa for a set of festive, professional photos! 

The show will run on select nights from November 14th through December 31st (visit www.HolidayLightShow.com for exact dates). There are four ticket levels, allowing families to choose their ideal experience: 

  • General Admission – $25 weekdays, $30 weekends. Requires date selection in advance. ● Flex Pass – $35, includes 10% off Santa photos, a discounted second trip through the show on the same evening, and admission on any show night. 
  • VIP Pass – $55, grants any-night admission, a free second trip through the show on the same night, 30% off Santa photos, and two Santa hats for a festive ride. 
  • Season Pass – $129, offering unlimited visits, once daily, on any night throughout the season. 

Each ticket level covers a full carload, and tickets may be purchased at the gate, though prices may vary and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Santa will be onsite for photos on select nights (check the online calendar), and
guests can enjoy a set of five professional snapshots starting at just $30.
