You’re invited to an evening of film, conversation, and storytelling at Southampton Arts Center with a special screening of LILLY, followed by a panel discussion and reception.
Inspired by a true story, LILLY follows an Alabama tire factory worker who discovers she has been paid half as much as her male counterparts for 20 years. Her fight for justice takes her from the factory floor to the Supreme Court and Congress, transforming an ordinary citizen into a powerful voice for change.
The evening will feature director Rachel Feldman joining via Zoom, executive producer Wendy Federman, and Academy Award nominee Patricia Clarkson, known for acclaimed performances in The Station Agent, Easy A, Friends with Benefits, and HBO’s Sharp Objects. The conversation will be moderated by Cheri Kaufman, entrepreneur, producer, and New York Chair of the National Women’s History Museum.
