— Saturday, July 6, 2019 —
Come see the beautiful work that has turned
this historical building into a modern museum.
The Vendor of the Week at the Havens Farmers’ Market is Stickers and Decals by Tammi. A Shelter Island local, Tammi makes custom cups, towels, and koozies at her home studio. Shelter Island “summer swag” is her specialty. She teams up with her daughter Lexi to bring her products to the Market—and teach Lexi business skills! Come meet them tomorrow!
The Havens Store Table has an assortment of gifts for your weekend guests or just for you. We have books, canvases, plates, island prints, wallets, note cards, and embroidered products.
This week we are featuring Holly Cronin’s Body Products. Holly is a licensed Massage Therapist who has called Shelter Island her home for over 20 years. A job at a garden center ignited her passion for plants and herbs. From there she pursued training in botanical medicine and herbal lore with renowned Herbalist Rosemary Gladstar at Sage Mountain Herbal Education Center in Vermont. Her body products are inspired by the plants and herbs that grow on the Island. Stop by and test her Revitalizing Foot Cream, Insect Repellent, Lavender Facial and Body Mist and the Rosa Rugosa Facial and Body Mist for a truly aromatic island experience.
At the Children’s Table this Saturday have fun creating your own nature journal.
Have fun collecting and recording Mother Nature’s secrets
