SFEE Is Bringing Chefs To Local Schools

Our Chefs To Schools program is off to an incredible start. We recently went into the Greenport school and taught 4th and 6th graders about the importance of staying hydrated. There were smiles from ear to ear when we explained that watermelon is one of the best foods to keep you healthy and hydrated. We helped the students make their own watermelon pizzas and we drank fresh watermelon juice. Hydration and health can’t be more fun than this! We are looking forward to expanding our program to many more schools this fall! More delicious news to follow, stay tuned…
