We’re excited to show you all the wonderful works of art featured in our “Ten Squared” Summer Exhibit! The sale is live on our site.
————
The theme of this summer’s non-juried exhibit is titled: “Local Farming through the Years,” and features pieces of art that are 10” x 10”. The exhibition focuses on farming, which is perhaps one of the most noted local industries in Southold Town’s history. The fertile land and access to the sea for shipping made Southold an ideal agricultural site. Likewise, our waters contain a rich bounty of shellfish and other aquaculture valuable to the area.
————
Everyone is invited to view the artists’ work, and you may consider a purchase for $100, half of which will benefit Southold Historical Museum.
————
The exhibit runs through August 31, 2023.
