~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Coming this October to the Southampton Cultural Center: THE CHALK GARDEN by Enid Bagnold, the woman who brought us NATIONAL VELVET, which launched the film career of Elizabeth Taylor in the 1944 screen version.
THE CHALK GARDEN is set in 1950s England and is a remarkable story of three generations of women and a governess with a mysterious past. Part comedy, part mystery, this “psychological cat and mouse game” will have audiences wondering, laughing, and guessing until the very end.
