Delicious Ireland is a new book by Margaret M. Johnson that celebrates how the food of Ireland has evolved over her forty years of traveling to and from the Emerald Isle. Guests will enjoy stories from Margaret’s travels as well as a taste of the Irish cuisine highlighted in her book. The menu will include a Goat Cheese Tart with Red Onion Marmalade, Cashel Blue Cheese and Roasted Fig Tartine, and a mixed leaf salad with wholegrain mustard vinaigrette. Lemon Loaf with Rosemary Drizzle and Rhubarb & Elderflower Crumble will be served for dessert. Margaret will be signing copies of her new book. Space is limited to 30 so be sure to RSVP today!
