Frances Ligon Scholarship

A part of East End Arts’ mission is to provide music education to deserving and talented young students. It is through the Frances Ligon Memorial Scholarship Fund that we are able to make this possible. It is in loving memory of Frances and her commitment to music, children, and the Harvest Gospel Choir that we continue this annual effort.

Thanks to a generous commitment from the East End Arts Board of Directors, your donation to the Frances Ligon Scholarship Fund will be DOUBLED! All donations to the Frances Ligon Scholarship Fund, up to a cumulative $1,200.00 will be matched by our Board of Directors.
