Opening this Thursday, Hampton Theatre Company’s new production of this acclaimed ’60s-era farce centers on an inveterate bachelor named Bernard, who lives in a Paris flat with his opinionated housekeeper Berthe – and who is engaged to not one, not two, but three airline flight attendants at the same time! Life gets bumpy when Bernard’s longtime friend Robert comes to stay, and a series of complications like weather delays and speedier jets threaten to disrupt Bernard’s carefully planned romantic schedule.
The cast includes Molly Brennan (HTC’s “A Doll’s House, Part 2″) as Bernard’s Italian fiancée Gabriella, and (in their HTC debuts) Kevin Russo as Bernard, Jill Linden as Berthe, Jason Moreland as Robert, Samm Jenny as Gloria (Bernard’s American fiancée), and Emily Vaeth as Gretchen (you guessed it — she’s German!).

Performances of “Boeing Boeing” will run from March 13 through March 30 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7, and on Sundays at 2:30. An additional matinee performance will be offered on Saturday, March 29, at 2:30, prior to the regular 7 p.m. performance.

A talkback with the cast and director Catherine Clyne will be offered immediately following the Friday-evening performances on March 21 and 28.
