Enjoy sips and light bites before an exclusive screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2. After the film, stay for a talkback with fashion industry insiders, who will share insights and experiences from the field. A stylish night of film, fashion, and conversation you won’t want to miss.

Tickets for the Brooklyn Ballet’s third annual residency at NFAC are now available, and these performances are known to sell out fast, so we recommend grabbing your seats early.

Our film lineup is also underway, now featuring Michael, Mother Mary, and Close Encounters of the Third Kind, a mix of titles with something for every kind of moviegoer.

We’re thrilled to welcome the Brooklyn Ballet back for their third year at NFAC, a partnership we’re so proud to continue. Now in their third decade of groundbreaking, interdisciplinary dance, Brooklyn Ballet presents Soft Power, a dynamic production exploring the tension, resonance, and shared language between classical ballet and street dance. At its core, Soft Power creates a powerful dialogue between disciplines, artists, and generations of movement-makers.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind 

Rating: PG for some intense sci-fi action, mild language

Theatre Four ♿

In the midst of a series of unexplained events, electrical lineman Roy Neary encounters a UFO on a deserted road whilst investigating a large-scale power outage. Roy becomes increasingly obsessed with UFOs and subliminal messaging following his experience, distancing himself from his wife and children but drawing him closer towards parallel investigations being conducted by scientists, the military and other survivors of encounters who are attempting to communicate with the mysterious otherworldly presence.

mprov Comedy Workshop with Katy Berry

Dates: Monday, July 6th – Friday, July 10th, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Class Show on Saturday, July 11th at 10:00 AM

Age: 11-15 

Introduces the basics of improv through fun exercises focused on “yes, and,” creativity, and trusting your instincts. No acting experience is required.

Age: 9-14 

Campers will explore pop hits, Broadway favorites, classic standards, and Disney songs while building vocal technique, stage presence, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
