Oysterponds favorites, The Mudflats (comprised of fiddles, banjo, mandolin, guitar, upright bass, and drums), are a twin-fiddle fusion of traditional American music. The band is inspired by the creative melting pot that grew out of the southern Appalachian region–where the Celtic fiddle met the rhythms of the African banjo.
The Mudflats create an original sound, filled with innovative lyrics and harmonies
added to foot-stomping fiddle tunes and songs that touch the heart.
