Centered on the historic and contemporary lived experiences of Indigenous, Black, and Latinx families on the East End of Long Island, the exhibition speaks to how issues of housing, transportation, livelihood, migration, and agriculture link these communities.

In this workshop, Barbara Thomas will introduce students to all aspects of drawing: line and shading, space and form, perspective, drawing materials, and techniques to create effects.

A pioneering minimalist who has practiced for more than six decades, Jaramillo creates her work from sources that span histories and cultures. The exhibition features five new paintings created in the last two years.
