Museum Members are invited to join us for the first Member Morning of 2024 – a morning dedicated to our members! Visit the Museum galleries, meet and mingle with Parrish staff, learn more about exhibitions on view from Museum docents, and get a preview of upcoming exhibitions in 2024. Coffee will be served in the Café and special discounts will be available at the Museum Shop. Registration is requested.

Spend your Friday afternoon connecting with art and friends. Tour Artists Choose Parrish and learn about the artist Joanne Greenbaum. Create paintings inspired by her art and enjoy free pizza. Free event. Registration required.

CREATE | Imagination Play Project
JANUARY 14 & 15 from 1 PM to 3 PM 

Join the Imagination Play Project pop-up and explore unconventional materials and natural objects. Children of all ages and abilities will investigate light, shape, shadows, and color with Linda White, Play Curator. The Imagination Play Project creates opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to engage, design, and connect with open-ended materials and play.

MEMBER TOUR | Artists Choose Parrish, Parts II & III
FRIDAY, JANUARY 26 at 5 PM
Museum Members are invited to join us for an intimate walk-through of Artists Choose Parrish, Parts II & III with one of the Museum’s Docents before these two exhibitions close. Learn more about the participating artists, the works in our collection, and the artists’ approach to this special exhibition. The tour takes place before a talk that evening in the Lichtenstein Theater at 6 PM with artists featured in the exhibitions. Registration required. Event is reserved for members only.

TALK | Artists Choose Parrish, Part III
FRIDAY, JANUARY 26 at 6 PM

Join us for a conversation with artists featured in Artists Choose Parrish, Part III, moderated by Corinne Erni, Lewis B. and Dorothy Cullman Chief Curator, Art and Education. The landmark exhibition honors the East End’s rich artistic legacy and brings greater attention to major artists practicing here today. Forty-one renowned artists with deep local roots were invited to select works from the collection to be shown along with their own, offering new perspectives and interpretations of the Parrish’s permanent collection.
