The Sag Harbor Partnership (SHP) is pleased to announce, in order of  election, that Robert Cugini, Katrina Dudley and Cathleen Civale will join its Board beginning  January 2026. Each of these Sag Harbor residents brings interests and experiences that will  complement the mission of our organization.

Robert Cugini is a part-time resident of Sag Harbor, where he and his wife Mary have lived in a  family home that has been in their family for many generations, as well as Seattle, Washington.  He has developed waterfront property in an environmentally sensitive manner and is a dedicated  preservationist and eco-hero. Robert is joining the Board to work with fellow board members on  water related issues. Robert expressed, “Because of the land we own, I have substantial  experience in water-related issues and, as an avid boater, my experience and interests align with  the Sag Harbor Partnership mission. I am looking forward to this volunteer opportunity.”

Katrina Dudley is a resident of Sag Harbor, where she lives with her husband and five children in their family home in SANS, as well as Ridgewood, New Jersey. Katrina is an active member  of the local Children’s Museum board. She was raised in Sag Harbor and is the daughter of a  Village pillar, Dr. John Oppenheimer. Katrina notes, “As a proud member of the Sag Harbor  community, it is with great enthusiasm that I look forward to serving on the Sag Harbor  Partnership Board, whose work I admire, and to helping continue their work preserving the  beauty, culture and spirit of our Village.”

Cathleen Civale is a Sag Harbor resident and New York City native with a broad range of  professional experiences, from selling real estate in both the city and the East End, to working in  the fashion and hospitality industries. Most recently, Cathleen was a member of the Sag Harbor  Historical Museum and has been one of the driving forces behind its renewal and successful  fundraising. Cathleen is excited to join the Sag Harbor Partnership Board “….to assist the Sag  Harbor Partnership in accomplishing their goals by participating in the execution of the small  and large projects the Partnership takes on, which benefit the Village.”
