~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Larry Moser has performed traditional folk songs and tunes for over fifty years. Starting with guitar in the 1960s, he extended his instrumental range over time to English concertina, hammered dulcimer, cittern, and accordion. His music covers many genres, including: Irish, English, Scottish, Appalachian, and nautical songs and tunes. His bands perform frequently for old time dances, together with dance callers.
Max Rowland is a young folk musician who is a master of banjo and Anglo concertina, and also plays melodeon, cittern, and mandolin. He uses both the modern metal string banjo, and the early 1800s style “minstrel” banjo, which uses gut strings and has no frets. He specializes in historic music, much of it nautical, for which the concertina is the classic instrument.
Mary Nagin has been playing old time music on fiddle for at least twenty years. Mary is also a painter in traditional media and teaches classes online.
