Here at the Shelter Island Historical Society we are gearing up for the holidays! Our Havens Store will be showcasing some fantastic new items, including this 2025 calendar from Shelter Island’s own landscape photographer, Adam Bundy. Pick up your copy in person during the Havens Store opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays, 10am to 2pm.

Then on Saturday, December 14, we will host a special holiday edition of the Havens Farmers Market at the History Center from 10am to 2pm. In addition to vendors of local foods, beverages and crafts, we will be joined by carolers, artisans with festive handicrafts, story time with the Shelter Island Library and much more.
