We look forward to slowing down together as we share news about our year

and upcoming plans.

Come meet the current board, connect with other Slow Food members,

tour the farm and meet the farmers too, awarded a 2024 Snail of Approval award.

Learn how you can be more involved in the work we do.

This is not your average “meeting” — it’s an afternoon of fun: tasting and sharing, laughing and learning. We will be pouring Long Island Wine County wines. Our board members are planning to bring delicious bites from our kitchens too. Our hope is that you’ll also bring a homemade taste to share, 8+ servings please.

We Are Slow Food East End

Slow Food East End is one of the largest and most active chapters of Slow Food, an international organization. Today we have millions of members from more than 1500 local chapters in over 150 countries.  Members are typically chefs, farmers, fishers, activists, academics and producers — anybody with a passion for food, justice and awareness.

We work to bring our community together to insure good, clean, fair food for all. We have combatted food insecurity, helped to develop school gardens, bring awareness to local food growers, worked with local chefs to share recipe ideas, introduced members to policies and programs with calls to action to help support our neighbors and our incredible agricultural community to insure a more sustainable, local food system we can all enjoy.
