Please join us as we welcome Historic Cook Diane Schwindt from Ketcham Inn Foundation Museum as she discusses “An Historic Timeline of Food” for the next lecture in our free winter series, Saturday, March 9, at 11am at Southold Town Recreation Center.

Diane Schwindt will take the audience on a journey to learn about the evolution of food. She will explain the advancements and improvements that have been made over time and demonstrate the use of some of the tools that have been used throughout the progression.

Tickets are now on sale for our upcoming “Burger & A Beer” fundraising event at Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. in Peconic between 4pm – 8pm on April 24.

Enjoy a delicious burger/cheeseburger, fries, and a beer in a fun and casual atmosphere.

If you’d like to secure your ticket online, you can purchase on Southold Historical Museum’s website with a small online processing fee. You can also purchase tickets in advance at the Museum Offices at 54325 Main Rd., Southold, Mon. – Fri., 10am – 2pm, or at the door the day of the event (cash or check only at the door). The cost is $30 pp and includes the tip. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
