It’s that time of year again! What better way to say I love you than with bacon! We’re offering a Valentine’s gift for the whole family to enjoy with a bulk box to stock the fridge and freezer with our pasture-raised pork. Our bulk boxes are called ‘I Bacon’ boxes, but they’re not only packed with bacon! Each box will have a selection of our favorite cuts to plan delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
As we see restaurants take their seasonal breaks here on Shelter Island, we’re offering a way for you to plan home-cooked meals this February. All of our pigs live healthy, engaging lives, rooting around the woodlands, pastures and even vegetable fields here at the farm at Sylvester Manor.
The ‘I Bacon’ boxes are $150 (plus 3% credit card fee) and are available for purchase February 10-18. The boxes include the following frozen cuts:
2 Packages of Breakfast Links 2 Packs of Bacon 1 Package of Hot Italian Links 1 Package of Sweet Italian Links 1 Package of 2 Pork Chops Country Ribs
These boxes are for Shelter Island delivery only. The Farmstand is closed for the season and on farm pick ups will not be available. Please indicate your Shelter Island physical address on the order form.
Delivery will be made next business day after your order is placed. If you are not going to be home to accept delivery, please leave a cooler outside for us to place your order in.
