The Frick Collection: Online Initiatives & Online Space – Virtual Visits – Travels w/ Curator
THE FRICK COLLECTION
The Frick at Your Fingertips
Connect, interact, learn, and be inspired by a new series of online initiatives put forward by our Education Department. The art of the past has great power to lift our spirits and make sense of the present. Though our galleries are currently closed, we remain committed to you.
Exercise your creativity! Check out our online space for imaginative writing and art-making activities inspired by the collection. To celebrate National Poetry Month, we’re sharing weekly ideas to spark your poetic expression.
Every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., join a Frick curator on an exciting virtual journey to cultural and historic sites relevant to the museum.
For the first episode, available for streaming tonight, Chief Curator Xavier F. Salomon travels to the early twentieth century to explore the Ca’ d’Oro, a palace on the Grand Canal in Venice.
Members see it first. Become a member to enjoy early access to each episode.
