Quogue Wildlife Refuge: Due to Corvid 19 -- Trail Access Limited / Single Direction / Counter Clockwise

Dear Refuge Friends & Supporters,

We are thinking about all of you and hoping you are staying well.

We recognize the importance of fresh air and exercise for everyone’s mental health and well-being, especially now. Currently we are still able to keep the trails open for everyone. In order to maintain the healthiest atmosphere, and to support social distancing and prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, trail options are now limited and must be walked Counter Clockwise, so that everyone is walking in the same direction.

During your visit, be sure to maintain 6’ Social Distancing, and some sense of QUIET on the trails, both for the wildlife and the people trying to enjoy the wildlife.
