Greetings From Darren St. George

-Southold Historical Museum’s New Executive Director-

I am honored to introduce myself as the new Executive Director of Southold Historical Museum. My career has been devoted to preserving and celebrating history, including work with Preservation Long Island, the Roslyn Landmark Society, and St. George Living History Productions. My goal is to uphold the museum’s mission by developing meaningful initiatives that resonate with the Southold community today.

I want to extend my thanks to the Board of Trustees for their support and my appreciation to John Barnes and Deanna Witte-Walker for their inspiring leadership.

As we begin this new chapter together, I am eager to learn more about Southold’s legacy and to connect with members of this wonderful community personally. I encourage everyone to keep an eye out for the exciting programs and announcements we have planned for 2025—we cannot wait to share them with you.
