Join us in celebrating architecture and the people who make it at our annual Design Awards Celebration. Explore the exhibition of projects submitted to this year’s program and network with fellow architect-lovers over catered nibbles and drinks. A formal awards ceremony will take place at 6:45pm in the theater with remarks made by AIA Peconic President Pamela Glazer, AIA and a program moderated by past AIA Peconic President Benjamin Chaleff, AIA. The AIA Peconic/Anthony DiSunno Scholarship is an annual resource that supports aspiring architects from the East End of Long Island attain their educational goals. Each year, AIA Peconic awards multiple scholarships ranging from $500 to $3,000 each. Since the inaugural scholarship awards in 2007, AIA Peconic has issued more than $145,000 in scholarships to deserving students.

Our goal is to increase the visibility of AIA Peconic and the field of architecture in general, hopefully inspiring young people to pursue a career in architecture.
