Join art writer Joyce Beckenstein for a special program during Metafloric, a two-artist exhibition pairing the strikingly different practices of Bill Albertini and Ellen Wiener. Together, their work suggests that the sublime isn’t found beyond the material world, but embedded within it: in the overlooked, the microscopic, and the everyday.
Joyce is in conversation with the artists in this free gallery talk to deconstruct their shared fascination with the natural world, myth, and the passage of time. Audience Q&A will be included.
