Summer Camp at the Parrish offers children of all ages the chance to create, play, learn, and express themselves. Check out the 2024 Summer Camp schedule below, also available online. This year’s programs include Mini Makers, Visual Arts, Middle School Makers, and Stop Motion Animation camps.

Mini Makers (Ages 4–5) | Over the week, we will create original works of art, make music, and explore movement. Campers will experience the Parrish by visiting exhibition galleries and playing in the outdoor sculpture meadow.

Visual Arts (Ages 6–11) | Spend a week immersed in visual art, learning a wide range of techniques and processes including painting, drawing, pottery, sculpture, printmaking, collage, and more. Children will also learn and create with visiting artists.

Middle School Makers (Ages 11–14) | In this new offering, middle schoolers will experiment with various materials and methods. Projects will include sewing, upcycling, and public art.

Stop Motion Animation (Ages 8–15) | In this specialized camp, students create their own stop motion animation from start to finish, using professional animation software and equipment. Techniques include clay animation, pixilation, hand-drawn, and more.
