Gardens that burst into color! Gigantic flowers that are larger than life! Discover how artists Claude Monet, Georgia O’Keeffe, Lee Krasner and others paint floral motifs in innovative ways. Then create your own floral painting. Have paint supplies on hand and a flower or photograph that inspires you.

LIBRARY ZOOM PROGRAMS
Creative Collage Workshop
Thursday, April 11, 1:00pm – 2:00pm EDT
Discover innovative collages by three modern masters. This program will explore Pollock’s experimental abstract collages, and Krasner’s monumental collages created by ripping, cutting and gluing her former works to create new compositions. We will also explore the cut-outs of Matisse. Joyce will demonstrate collage techniques as participants work alongside on Zoom. Supplies to have on hand: scissors, glue, a surface such as paper or canvas, and collage materials such as colored papers, magazines, or fabric scraps. All ages welcome!
