Annual Country House Benefit
 ——————

This year’s Country House Benefit will be at Cocuyo, the stunning Locust Valley home of Alfredo Paredes and Brad Goldfarb. Early tickets are now available to join our Benefit Committee with a purchase of two $500 tickets or to become a Benefit Sponsor.  Thank you to our Benefit Co-Chairs Allison Aston, Carolina de Neufville, and Asia Baker Stokes. Click HERE to purchase a Benefit Committee ticket or Sponsorship package.  Additional ticket levels will become available for purchase online on May 1.

Cocuyo, originally known as Laurelwood, was built in 1928 as the country house residence of artist F. Edwin Church (1876-1975).  The house was designed by architect Harrie T. Lindeberg, a pioneer of the American country house movement who blended traditional European indulgences with modern simplicity.  Reimagined, restored, and renamed Cocuyo in 2021 by current owners Alfredo Paredes and Brad Goldfarb, the house maintains many of its original details, including frescos painted by Church on the loggia walls, original ceramic tile floors, and cast iron dragon lanterns.  Guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to see some Church’s original Art Deco art that will be on display in the artist’s former residence.
