This past week we posted three updates! Two to our Deep Dives collection showcasing a beautiful chest of drawers and another about some framed greeting cards. The last post was all about a former owner of the Halsey House, Arthur J. Peabody. They are all great quick reads and we have even more on the way!

On Tuesday, April 21, Emily Guerrero from the Rogers Memorial Library will share their Genealogy tools with you alongside a live demonstration over Zoom. They will show you how to access this technology for the first time ever, from the comfort of your home! The Red Creek Schoolhouse was one of the first buildings brought onto the Rogers Mansion property when the Southampton History Museum took over the property in the 1950s. In 2016 a historic structure report was done to assess the building in preparation for its 2018 renovation. Join Director of Education Connor Flanagan while he goes over the report, the history it has in educating young minds and how it is now once again continuing to educate our local school children.
