British rock band The Sweet rose to worldwide fame in the 1970’s, carving out a decade of new style that changed music and fashion forever. In an interview on The Jimmy Kimmel Show, lead singer for Guns & Roses Axl Rose gave credit to two bands that influenced him the most growing up and The Sweet was one of them.
