Do you know an exceptional college-aged pianist? Invite them to apply to Pianofest in the Hamptons!
———————————–
Even though we’re just a few weeks into the new year, it’s already time for young pianists to start making summer plans — and that means applying to be a part of Pianofest 2024!
For 35 years and counting, Pianofest has provided a supportive training ground for more than 500 pianists, including Michelle Cann, Awadagin Pratt, Sergei Babayan, and Orion Weiss. Through lessons with our fabulous faculty and daily opportunities for practice and performance, each student artist gains the tools they need to take their playing to the next level — while surrounded by the natural beauty of Long Island’s East End.
And now, we’re on the lookout for the emerging piano stars of tomorrow to join us this summer. Every student attending Pianofest will enjoy:
-
a full scholarship — including room and board and a $400 stipend
-
three weeks of coachings and master classes with our celebrated faculty
-
opportunities to perform in recitals at gorgeous venues across the Hamptons
-
time to explore duo piano literature and forge new friendships with fellow students in a collaborative environment
Applications will be reviewed, and admissions decisions will be made, on an ongoing basis through April 1.
