Saturday, December 21, 2024, 1:30pm a 2:30pm To mark the launch of this new publication, the Queens Museum will host a guided tour of The Panorama of the City of New York with Lynn Maliszewski, Assistant Director of Archives and Collections. This will also be an opportunity to pick-up pre-orders from The August Tree or purchase copies of the book on-site.

The Queens Museum is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Trustees: Sam Charney and Jim Paladino. These distinguished leaders bring a wealth of experience, community involvement, and passion for the arts to the museum’s leadership. Sam Charney, principal and founder of Charney Companies LLC, joins the Queens Museum Board with a deep-rooted connection to New York’s cultural landscape. Jim Paladino, President & Executive Managing Director of South Dakota Planning Company, brings a unique perspective as a Queens native deeply committed to his community.
