Tanglewood Popular Music Series: “Weird Al” Yankovic w/ Puddles Pity Party, 7.21.26 / Tickets on Sale 12.12

Five-time GRAMMY® award winner “Weird Al” Yankovic performs at Tanglewood for the first time this summer on Tuesday, July 21 at 7 p.m., bringing his “BIGGER & WEIRDER” 2026 tour to the famed music and learning campus in the Berkshires.  The biggest-selling comedy recording artist in history, Yankovic’s full-production multimedia comedy rock show features iconic hits as well as fan favorites performed live for the first time. Al’s longtime band is joined by four additional players, and clown Puddles Pity Party appears as special guest. Tickets go on sale on Friday, December 12 at 10 a.m. 

Yankovic’s performance is part of Tanglewood’s annual Popular Artist Series, which this summer also brings Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit to the Koussevitzky Music Shed (July 28, 7 p.m.). Additional performers in the series will be announced throughout the winter and spring. 

A full schedule of the 2026 Tanglewood summer season, including concerts by the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Boston Pops, and Tanglewood Music Center fellows, will be announced in late January 2026, and tickets will be available in early March.

“Weird Al” Yankovic

“Weird Al” Yankovic is the biggest-selling comedy recording artist in history. He has performed on stage with such legends as Eric Idle, Nick Offerman, Jack Black, Maynard James Keenan, and Primus. Puddles’ one-of-a-kind “textured voice laced with melancholy” (New York Times) has been hailed as “operatic” (Boston Globe) and his show both “life-affirming” (Herald Scotland) and “hysterically funny” (LA Weekly).

The Box Office at Tanglewood’s Linde Center will open specially on December 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets for Popular Artist Series concerts as well as TLI winter and spring events will be available to purchase in person at this time.

Tickets may also be purchased by calling 888-266-1200 on Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 12:30–4:30 p.m. or at the Symphony Hall Box Office during regular Box Office hours.

All tickets for Tanglewood Popular Artist concerts will be Mobile Delivery or Hold at Box Office. We have adopted this industry standard in order to better protect consumers from price gouging, hidden fees, and other deceptive practices by some third-party ticket resellers.
